implemented using a variety of technologies including Active
Server Pages (ASP), VBScript, JavaScript, ADO, Visual Basic 6,
PowerBuilder 7, Microsoft SQL Server 7, and JetForm Workflow
development tools. The position requires a variety of skills
including Customer Relations, OO Analysis and Design, System
Architecture, Client/Server and Web development, Project
Management, team leadership, and management
reporting. |

Primary technical resource for Distributed
PowerBuilder and WebPB reporting systems. Responsible for several
PowerBuilder reporting applications that also involve a web
interface for data entry. The applications utilize Oracle Web
Server, Oracle 7.3, PowerBuilder 6.5, PFC, WebPB, and some Java to
accomplish their functionality. Applications were migrated from PB
5.0 to PB 6.0 and most recently to PB 6.5. Also, performing new
technology evaluations on products such as
SilverStream. |
Theratx Inc. - Technical Specialist |

Technical resource for Distributed PowerBuilder
and WebPB. Sent in to complete the last 10% of an N-tier intranet
billing application and move it into production. Performed trouble
shooting of problems between Distributed Powerbuilder, WebPB,
Netscape Web Server and a Sybase System 11

Led development effort to convert and enhance a
Procurement System used by a local county Board of Health to
PowerBuilder 5.0. The system tracks requisitions, purchase orders
and interfaces with the county's accounting system. Additional
modules were written with

ImageWare Technologies - Development Manager |

Led development on of an in-store selling system
for retail stores. The system was deployed to Hudson's Bay Company
(the 3rd largest department store chain in Canada). The system
allowed Hudson's Bay to increase their gross revenues by 34% in
the departments where the system was deployed. The application was
awarded the Microsoft Retail Application Development (RAD) award
for customer
profiling. |

Capital - Technical Specialist |

Sales System for division of GE Capital: I worked
on a development team of twenty to develop a sales contracts
system for a division of GE Capital. Development started in
PowerBuilder 3.0 and Oracle 7 and later converted to PowerBuilder
4.0. The system was successfully deployed to over 300 sales
offices for the Transportation International Pool (TIP) division
of GE Capital. The system replaced a paper-based system and
allowed for better customer service and more accurate and
consistent
pricing. |
Turner Broadcasting System - Lead
Programmer/Analyst |

Involved in all phases of application development
including analysis, design, construction, quality assurance,
implementation, and support. Developed international sales
and inventory system used for tracking the MGM film library for
Turner Broadcasting System. The system is in production today in
the Atlanta, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam, and Mexico
City. Developed and order/entry and inventory system for CNN
Airport Network. The system is currently in production, tracking
equipment at over 50 airports nationwide. Member of the
Methodology Committee in charge of GUI standards for all
applications developed by the Worldwide Information Technology
Services division of Turner Management

Developed first client/server based applications
for the insurance industry. Involved in design, construction, and
testing. Worked on two releases of claims processing module for a
large insurance application and brought both in on schedule.
Member of the network advisory board which developed guidelines
for network computing and disaster recovery. Created and voted in
